Marian and I wanted to thank you for the building work that you recently completed at Welford Cottage.  We are really happy with the transformation and are thoroughly enjoying living in the additional space that’s been created. In our naivety we thought that the building work would be fairly straightforward and finished in a few months but we didn’t quite realise the complexity and the intricacy of the work. With Andy’s knowledge, expertise and support the building work flowed smoothly.  Problems encountered were dealt with professionally and quickly.  As we decided to stay in the house whilst the work was completed he showed sensitivity to ensuring we were comfortable and safe. Other subcontractors completing the roofing, plastering (Chris and his team), electricians (Charlie and Ollie) and plumbing (Ben) carried out their work to a more than acceptable standard. We would be happy to recommend Gray’s to other potential clients who wish to consider them for future building work. Very much appreciated

We have used these builders for two fairly major jobs, one an historic cottage refurbishment from top to bottom and the other a kitchen and twin shower room extension. Our experience with them was a pleasure from the outset. They have been helpful at every turn and willing to take on board all that we asked. Nothing was ever too much of a problem and they gave helpful and cost-saving advice. Their pricing is also very competitive and their follow up on any snagging once the job was finished was exemplary. They were good at keeping to schedules and the finish of the work was first class.
